Direct Mail Poster Invitation for Cimquest

From concept to copy to design, we created every aspect of this poster sized invitation for Cimquest’s technology event in Hershey, PA. This direct mail invitation folds to 8” x 9” and is wafer-sealed. When opened, the self-mailer is an 18” x 24” poster that features a silver design menagerie of Hershey images splashed on a dark chocolate background. The reverse side of the poster includes panels of event and direct mail information. To stay within budget, the poster was printed with two colors, silver metallic and a dark brown Pantone ink. An email was also designed to match the invitation and was sent out as a reminder for the event.
