President, Creative Director, Graphic Designer & Illustrator
As the President and Creative Director of Paul Kiesche Design, LLC. Paul focuses on managing his company and his team, but continues to be hands on designing and illustrating projects. Paul has designed for a long list of high caliber clients, has been published as an illustrator hundreds of times and has received dozens of awards. Before starting his own company, Paul has held positions as Creative Lead, Art Director, Designer and Illustrator for several design firms throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Paula
Project Coordinator
Paula’s role here at PKD includes responsibilities from client communication to estimates, proposals, writing assignments, project scheduling and providing daily office support. Her background in customer care, writing, and marketing contributes to her abilities to help provide excellent service to all of our clients. For the past several years she has enjoyed holding positions in marketing and administrative areas while also teaching writing courses at Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. Paula graduated from Centenary College with a B.A. and M.A. in English.
Jenna
Graphic Designer, Illustrator & Developer
As our graphic designer, Jenna works on logos, brochures, websites and more. Jenna also contributes to the team with her illustration and animation talents. She’ll make your design projects come alive through her broad range of skills in design, animation, illustration and web development. Jenna says that she’s always immersed herself in art and loves to take on new challenges. Most recently, Jenna spent 2 years at The DavidHenry Agency working as a Graphic Designer. Prior to that, Jenna was an Animation Academy Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company. She graduated with a BFA in Animation, Cum Laude, from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and has her MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Senior Developer
With an extensive programming background on a variety of technical platforms, Steve is responsible for many of the websites and email campaigns that we develop for our clients. Previously, Steve provided programming and analytical services on assignment at major corporations in NJ as an IT Consultant for Cap Gemini. He spent over 10 years working for Royal Philips Electronics where he managed internet, intranet, extranet, and e-commerce web development projects.

Developer
Andrew is a Web Developer who’s been creating websites for over 10 years. Andrew helps with website development, email campaigns, and site submissions using languages that include HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and WordPress. Andrew graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2009.
John
Senior Copywriter
As our copywriter, John develops captivating text and content to complement your websites, brochures, email campaigns and marketing materials. With 20 years of experience, John will assemble just the right words for your project. He started as a copywriter for JCPenney and later worked as Creative Director, Publications Manager, Public Relations Coordinator and Marketing Communications Manager at small and large organizations. John’s project experience includes newsletters, websites, TV, radio, print and he’s even a published comic book author!

As our Print Manager, Tara specializes in sourcing high quality printing. With over 10 years of experience, Tara expertly negotiates with print service providers to bring the highest quality printed materials to PKD and our clients. Rest assured, Tara can promise a quick turnaround at the best possible price!
